Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to your order can be made within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already been processed. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we offer store credit instead of cash refunds for returns. This credit can be used for future purchases on our site.

  • Full-price items: Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit.
  • Sale items: Promotional and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Exceptions: Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to initiate a return

Contact us at skultsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. Refunds/credits are processed within 40 business days from the date of confirmation.

Note: We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through misuse. Additionally, we cannot refund orders with issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Do not return it: You are not required to ship it back.
  • Notify us: Email skultsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Include a clear photo of the damage.

We will assess the situation and arrange a free replacement or re-shipment at no cost to you.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers or customs. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify all billing and shipping addresses. We reserve the right to request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction and may cancel any suspected fraudulent orders.
